Shipping Policy

Please allow 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. Once processed you will receive a tracking number via email that was provided during checkout. When your order has shipped you will receive a notification via email.

Heat Advisory

Please note that with summer temperatures being so high, candies will melt if they are left outside for long periods of time. Please make sure your dulces picantes are not sitting on your porch or inside a mailbox for a long period of time. Once your order has left our facility it is your responsibility to keep track of your package via tracking number.

Packages

Please note that once the package is handed to USPS, UPS or FEDEX it is out of my control. If there are any issues with your package while in their possession please contact them for help.
