Refund Policy

Please Review our refund policy.  

Incorrect Address 

If your order has not been shipped you may send an email to latejana.co@gmail.com and we will gladly correct your address. 

Unfortunately once your order has shipped, you will need to contact USPS, UPS or FEDEX (whichever company has your package, you will be notified which company and tracking number via email) so they may correct it before it arrives.

Please note that if your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes and it will be your responsibility to collect your package at the shipping address provided. 

Please allow up to 72 hours to respond to emails.

Returned Package

If a package is returned to La Tejana Co. due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, a subtotal refund will be initiated.  Shipping cost will not be refunded.
